Interact one-on-one with race day fans to promote wagering and provide general information about horse racing. Sign-up customers to Keeneland Select for the online wagering program. Answer general questions about Keeneland while maintaining a positive outlook in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a genuine interest in horse racing and previous customer service experience are preferred. This role supports the goal of providing a wonderful Keeneland experience and growing our online wagering program.
