Job Summary
Bethel Kids Team Member provides a safe, loving, and empowering environment for children across age groups within Bethel Church's Children's Ministry. Responsibilities include teaching, connecting with and ministering to children, and supporting the Breakthrough classroom for sensory-sensitive, inclusive settings. The role requires background screening, adherence to Bethel Church beliefs, availability for at least two services per week, and roughly 10 hours of work weekly. Compensation is $16.90 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church
- Prior experience working with children
- Passionate about training and equipping children as revivalists
- Able to pass a background check
- Must be available to work at least two services a week
- Ability to fulfill the physical job requirements of the position (see attached)
- This position does not qualify for sponsorship of work visa/authorization so all candidates must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. to be considered.
