Bethany House / Mental Performance Coach (MPC)

Provide one-on-one and group support to children at Bethany House on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5pm to 8pm, addressing their emotional and behavioral needs. Develop and implement therapeutic activities that promote coping skills, social engagement, and teamwork while assisting with daily routines. Observe and document progress in relation to mental health goals, collaborating with therapists and educators to adjust care plans. Resolve immediate concerns or conflicts and maintain open communication with families regarding individualized strategies.
