Job Summary
Cook responsible for skillfully applying culinary techniques and maintaining knowledge of base sauces, stocks and soups. Ensure proper labeling and dating of products for sanitation, restock kitchen supplies, maintain solid menu knowledge and plate presentation, assist kitchen leadership, work as a team to meet guest needs, and support a dynamic show-themed environment with varied shifts including weekends/holidays.
Required Qualifications
