Job Summary
Restaurant Assistant Manager responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant, including creating daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage, supervising floor service in dining rooms during hours of operation, conducting employee evaluations, coordinating with the Chef on food service and menu issues, communicating with management, chefs and culinary staff to fulfill guest and staff needs, ordering supplies through the IP System and preparing purchase requisitions, maintaining inventory and stocking areas, ensuring freshness and quality of food, and maintaining direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
