Job Summary
Managing Director of BestDrive USA to lead a national business transformation for Continental’s BestDrive fleet-service platform. Own full P&L responsibility, oversee enterprise planning and execution of growth strategies, and drive operational and commercial turnaround opportunities across a multi-site organization. Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, align talent strategy with digital transformation, and expand national brand strategies, pricing, and customer engagement. Lead cross-functional efforts in operations, supply chain, real estate strategy, KPI-driven performance, cybersecurity and compliance, and a safety-first culture while delivering sustainable, profitable growth aligned with Continental’s global objectives. Ideal candidate brings transformational leadership with proven revenue growth and margin improvement in large, multi-location operations, strong commercial acumen, and advanced business credentials (MBA preferred; Bachelor’s required). Legal work authorization in the U.S. is required, with no sponsorship for visas.
