Job Summary
Perform personal care activities assisting patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and meal preparation. Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments and conduct patient-specific tasks such as providing hospice supportive care, medication reminders, and prescribed range of motion exercises. Care for bed-bound patients and manage incontinence while utilizing lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts. Perform light housekeeping activities and follow staff-taught protocols. Weekend shift differentials and weekly pay apply to full-time roles with health insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
