Job Summary
Bessie - Chef de Partie (Part-Time) in Christchurch, NZ. Responsibilities include monitoring quality of dishes at all stages, discussing food preparation issues with managers and staff, demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures, preparing and cooking to a high standard, understanding the food control plan and cleaning standards, ensuring all food is prepped and portion controlled, and maintaining clear communication between kitchen, front of house and head office. Requires NZ Register Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) and at least three years of relevant experience.
