Job Summary
Full Stack Developer role based in Chantilly, VA (on-site only) focusing on delivering complete software solutions across the cloud-based software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include translating requirements into user stories with the Chief Engineer/Technical Leads, integrating with Infrastructure as Code DevOps tools to support cloud orchestration, leveraging AWS best practices for cost-conscious deployment, developing front-end UI with modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, HTML, CSS), building web APIs for cloud-based applications, and working within an Agile/Scrum team to deliver iterative software. Required skills cover Python, FastAPI, React, Java, C#, C++, SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, XML, React.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AWS/Azure, and experience across data layers, APIs, and cloud deployment; experience in agile environments is also expected; must have an active Poly clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience with Application layer programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, C++)
- Database / Data Layer experience (e.g., SQL, unstructured data, MongoDB, Python, R, Elasticsearch, data management and analytics tools)
- Front end development skills (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, etc.)
- Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining systems on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience in Agile / Scrum
- Must have frontend and backend expertise with Python, FastAPI, and React
