Job Summary
Prepare, conduct, and evaluate theoretical and practical instruction, including examinations in theory and practice. Organize and plan both theoretical and practical course components while collaborating with all departments. Contribute to curricular development and actively participate in modern school development processes. Assume course leadership as required. The role is part of an unbound contract at the AGP Viersen GmbH Academy for Health and Nursing Professions in Viersen, which offers 350 training places for nursing professionals and assistants. Starting August 31, 2026, all training and further education offerings will be consolidated in a single school building to enhance learning and teaching efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Eine Ausbildung in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpflege und/oder Altenpflege
- Ein Fachhochschulstudium in der Berufs-/Pflegepädagogik bzw. ein vergleichbares Studium
Desired Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Tätigkeit in der Alten- / Kranken- / Kinderkrankenpflegeausbildung und entsprechende pädagogische Erfahrung wünschenswert
