Job Summary
Accounts Receivable Lead will oversee an accounts receivables team, interview and select staff, train and supervise employees, and ensure timely posting of incoming funds and EFTs. Responsibilities include maintaining the receivables schedule, reconciling records, promoting proactive communication between store and accounting staff, and supervising AR clerks. Requires operating accounting software, attention to discrepancies, and occasional travel. Benefits include Paid Vacation/Holidays, 401(k), and various insurances. Education requirement includes a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration with relevant experience, plus supervisory experience. Location: Edinburg, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration, with one year of experience in an accounting office; OR three or four years of accounting experience with at least two years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Basic understanding of basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Operate 10-key calculators, typewriters, computers, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.
