Job Summary
Lead the daily pharmacy operations in Hamburg-Barmbek, managing team motivation, shift planning, and customer consultation for home visits and telepharmacy. Oversee quality control, optimize workflows, and coordinate with medical professionals and healthcare facilities. Drive service innovation by implementing new diagnostics and medication analyses while mentoring interns and practicing pharmacists. Plan marketing campaigns and lead the team toward modern pharmacy concepts with autonomy and clear direction.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Pharmaziestudium mit Staatsexamen und Approbation
- Souveränität in Beratung, Labor, Telepharmazie & im Gespräch mit Ärzt:innen
- Verantwortungsgefühl für die Ausbildung von PTA/Praktikant:innen & die Entwicklung der Filiale
