Job Summary
Lead municipal deep construction projects, including design, construction management, and organization of maintenance and investment initiatives for roads, waterways, and utility lines. Monitor the condition of deep construction infrastructure and coordinate preservation measures for artworks, sewerage, and roads. Manage budgeting, invoice control, billing, and applications to the municipal council while collaborating with the canton, SBB, and the works yard. Execute cross-departmental coordination as directed by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und bautechnischer Weiterbildung oder bautechnische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
- Berufserfahrung im kommunalen Tiefbau
- sicheres Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick
- selbstständige Arbeitsweise und hohes Mass an Flexibilität
- Stilsicherheit im mündlichen und schriftlichen Ausdruck
- Planungsfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
- Bautechnische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Tiefbau und Umwelt
- Vertrautheit in technischen Belangen
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Budgetierung und Rechnungswesen
- Fähigkeit, Ausschreibungen gesetzeskonform abzuwickeln
- Selbstständigkeit und Flexibilität
- Belastbarkeit
