Job Summary
Steer all technical projects holistically, ensuring their economic, quality, and on-time implementation while developing processes and advancing digitalization. Plan construction projects, manage planning offices and execution firms, and create economic calculations for tenders and awards. Lead digitalization processes and maintenance management, participating in strategic investment decisions regarding the energy transition and stock development. Act as the central interface between the board, other departments, and stakeholders, including members, employees, and authorities. Requires a technical degree, at least 10 years of experience in renovation, maintenance, or new construction, and strong knowledge of construction law and IT systems. Full-time role with a 37-hour week, flexible hours, and mobile work options.
Required Qualifications
- technisches Studium, z.B. Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder TGA
- mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Sanierung, Instandhaltung oder Neubau
- fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB, HOAI, Baurecht
- IT-Kompetenzen: sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, ERP-Systemen, digitalen Tools, Datenanalyse
- Erfahrungen in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sozialkompetenz, Entscheidungsstärke und Werteorientierung
