Job Summary
Ensure disturbance-free technical operations and maintenance for over 20 hotels across Germany. Lead your technical team, manage regional and hotel technical directors, and develop investment and maintenance strategies with individual sites. Oversee maintenance, TÜV measures, and compliance with legal regulations and group guidelines. Coordinate technical actions in building, infrastructure, and commercial building management. Accompany tenders, awards, and collaboration with external service providers and the group's own architecture and engineering office. Organize training and meetings for hotel technical directors. Develop central maintenance and procurement contracts. Drive digitalization of technical processes and workflows across the group.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium
- mindestens zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung
- mindestens fünf Jahre technische Erfahrung in der Hotellerie
- breites Verständnis für Gebäude-, Betriebs-, Infrastruktur- und Versorgungstechnik
- Erfahrung in der Führung dezentraler Organisationen und Teams
- fundierte Erfahrung im Projekt- und Changemanagement
- hohe digitale bzw. IT-technische Affinität
- Beherrschung der Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
- Bereitschaft für eine regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit von etwa drei bis vier Tagen pro Woche
- Führerschein der Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- idealalerweise in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Schifffahrtsbau, Versorgungstechnik, Facility Management oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
