Lead the technical and personnel management of the Concrete Special Construction department, overseeing project planning, costing, and execution for public, industrial, and private clients across Switzerland. Ensure quality, schedule, and cost targets are met on site while providing technical consulting and developing practical solutions. Manage the deployment and development of concrete finishers, foremen, and staff, maintain existing client relationships, and contribute to tendering and acquisition efforts. Drive the continuous improvement of processes, methods, and workflows within the area.
