Bereavement Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the hospice bereavement program, supervise the provision of bereavement services, conduct grief risk assessments, maintain records for regulatory compliance, participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, provide pre-death bereavement support to patients and families, offer in-person grief support and referrals, develop and promote community bereavement groups and resources, support volunteer program operations, and provide administrative support to Volunteer Services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field such as social work/pastoral care/counseling
- Clinical experience or skills relevant to grief and loss
- Excellent listening, assessment, critical thinking and problem solving skills
