Job Summary
Contact interested candidates via phone to analyze their career goals and match them with specific training programs in AI, E-commerce, or online marketing. Conduct initial counseling sessions to build trust, address objections, and guide clients through the application process for funded education. Document all interactions in the consultation system and track performance against clear metrics for conversations and registrations. Participate in daily team rounds, individual leadership meetings, and internal sales training to refine counseling skills.
