Job Summary
You will be responsible for the independent handling of tasks, evaluation of building technology concepts, auditing of properties and services regarding quality, and optimization analyses in facility technology for new planning and existing properties. The role involves competent project support and/or leading responsibilities in consulting mandates, client management during acquisition and project execution, and the technical management of project teams. You should hold a relevant technical education, have at least 3 years of professional experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines facheinschlägigen Höheren Technischen Lehranstalt, eines technischen Studiengangs und/oder Berufsausbildung in den Fachrichtungen Gebäudeleittechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Heizung, Klima, Sanität
- Sicheres Auftreten, Engagement und Motivation
- Reisebereitschaft im Zusammenhang mit Kundenaufträgen in Mittel- und Osteuropa
- Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sichere MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Berufserfahrung mindestens 3 Jahre
Desired Qualifications
- Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen CAD und CAFM von Vorteil
