Bridge clients with the development team by identifying customer needs and co-creating tailored software solutions. Serve as the primary contact for technical inquiries and guide clients through all project phases, releasing system adaptations only after successful testing. Document internal knowledge and occasionally travel across Europe to support on-site customers and strengthen relationships. We are a 25-year-old software consultancy for airlines and event organizers. While prior experience with industry systems like Amadeus or Navitaire is not required, familiarity with Scrum and strong communication skills are essential.
