Job Summary
Conduct closing-oriented advisory for assigned customers, handling both scheduled appointments and referrals from the call center. Independently sell banking products including accounts, cards, savings, and consumer financing while leveraging personal loan expertise and IDD certification. Implement new service processes and DIN certification in branches, actively promoting digital banking features and online/mobile services. Manage transaction support and administrative tasks via SB terminals, routing complex cases like mortgage financing to specialists.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau/zum Bankkaufmann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Vertriebsorientierung
- gute Kenntnisse der Privatkunden-Produktpalette
- fundierte Kenntnisse zu Produkten zur Deckung der Grundbedarfe
- gutes Geschick in der Terminvereinbarung
- routiniert in der abschlussorientierten Beratung von Kundinnen und Kunden
- souveränes und kompetentes Auftreten gegenüber Kundinnen und Kunden
- gute verkäuferische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- eigene Kreditkompetenz für Persönliche Kredite
- IDD-Zertifizierung
- ggf. die AnsFuG-Zertifizierung
Desired Qualifications
- Zertifizierung nach der Service DIN
- Kenntnisse in den Digitalen Features
- Anwendung der standardisierten Beratungsprozesse
