Job Summary
Advise private and business clients on provident, savings, and investment solutions, focusing on 3a/3b, ETF savings plans, and provident funds while excluding insurance products. Analyze client needs, create financial concepts and offers, and conduct online or in-person appointments with subsequent CRM follow-up. Maintain client portfolios, generate recommendations, and secure ongoing engagement. A full VBV training program covers certification costs, supported by modern tools, strong back office, and mentoring. Flexible hours and a clear career path from junior to team lead are available.
