Job Summary
Research employee benefits plans and vendors to identify best value, then design, recommend, and implement new programs while examining plan designs and cost changes. Firmly negotiate with vendors and administrators to secure market-leading offerings, serving as the primary contact for plan vendors and third-party administrators. Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and analyze current benefits regarding use, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, and competitive trends. Forecast trends to assist with future designs and develop specific recommendations, while handling escalations and identifying automation and process improvement opportunities. Collaborate with Benefits Ops, Product, Engineering, Automation, Payroll, International Operations, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure scalability of new benefit programs and standard renewals.
