Job Summary
Administer employee benefits programmes across multiple European countries, including private medical insurance, life assurance, pension schemes, and salary sacrifice arrangements. Coordinate new hire enrolments, annual renewals, and data analysis while maintaining accurate records within HRIS and benefit provider portals. Liaise with providers and brokers to resolve queries, reconcile monthly invoices, and ensure compliance with local employment legislation and tax requirements. Support wellbeing initiatives, leave administration, and benefits education for employees. This role requires 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits administration within Europe, with strong knowledge of UK regulations and HRIS systems. 5% travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits administration within Europe
- Strong understanding of UK employee benefits, including: Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection, Pension Auto-Enrolment, Salary Sacrifice arrangements
- Knowledge of employment legislation affecting employee benefits
- Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting EMEA or multinational benefits programmes
- Experience working with benefit brokers and insurers
- Benefits, HR, or Reward-related qualification (CIPD, PMI, or equivalent)
