Job Summary
Role focuses on benefits administration for assigned clients, enabling hiring/onboarding/understanding benefits; maintain compliance; design and implement benefit plans; perform benefits analysis and audits; support ACA configurations (1095s); use Prism HR and other HRIS; coordinate with payroll, client managers, vendors; manage cases and ensure accuracy of enrollment data; work within Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones; bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years of experience preferred; base pay 65k-75k depending on experience; remote in United States.
