Job Summary
Administer and deliver global employee benefit programs, including health, welfare, and retirement offerings, while serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and issue resolution. Manage the annual benefits renewal process, ensure regulatory compliance with ACA, ERISA, and COBRA, and maintain accurate data within the HRIS. Partner with Finance, Payroll, and People Operations to reconcile invoices, support payroll cross-training, and analyze plan utilization to recommend cost optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of hands-on benefits administration in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong experience managing health & welfare and retirement programs, including vendor and broker management
- Solid working knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, IRS, DOL, etc.)
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive data with accuracy and confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, and People Operations partners
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a growing and evolving environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely support employees at all levels
