Job Summary

Conduct daily benefit team functions including enrollment processes for new and existing hires, benefit transaction processing, and disability/FMLA claim coordination. Identify team member concerns, facilitate solutions, and present benefits information during new hire orientation. Engage in online benefit enrollment architecture reviews, coordinate IT system integrations, and manage communications with benefit providers. Track and resolve related issues, support workflow improvements, and process terminations and COBRA notifications. Assist with team member relations and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in human resources, business administration, or a relevant area
  • All experience must be paid and in the same related field
  • Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week
  • Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted
