Job Summary
Benefits Specialist to support APAC benefits programs across multiple jurisdictions, including health, dental, and retirement benefits; coordinate renewals and vendor relationships; drive employee communications and engagement; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain benefits data accuracy and analytics; support benefits operations like enrolments and census updates; align with regional benefits strategy with APAC Benefits Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years’ experience in HR or employee benefits
- Experience supporting benefits across multiple APAC jurisdictions is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using HR systems such as Workday is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
