Job Summary
Respond to inquiries from plan members, employers, and agents via phone, email, and written correspondence regarding benefit entitlements, claims, and processes. Process benefit applications and forms accurately, review disability forms for adjudication, and prepare personalized retirement packages. Conduct expectation-setting calls with members applying for disability benefits and document all interactions thoroughly. Maintain a strong understanding of eligibility rules across all Employee Benefit Plans and participate in system testing and process improvements. Work in a 1-week rotation schedule within the Employee Benefits department at 3sHealth in Regina.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration or a combination of education and directly related experience
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in customer service and/or the insurance industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems (minimum 30 wpm typing speed)
- Ability to quickly learn and apply complex benefit plan provisions and systems
- Proven customer‐service mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing independent responsibilities

Desired Qualifications
- CEBS designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset
