Job Summary
Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data to inform client recommendations and support project deliverables. Support the annual renewal process, including data gathering, financial analysis, carrier negotiations, and final recommendations. Assist in developing health and welfare program budgets, contribution strategies, and premium equivalent rates for self-funded plans. Manage vendor management activities, including RFP development, proposal evaluation, and performance monitoring. Prepare client deliverables such as presentations, reports, financial models, and employee communication materials. Mentor junior associates through coaching and knowledge sharing while maintaining accurate client documentation. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in benefit plan design and funding, with a Bachelor's degree and strong Excel skills. Actuarial exam completion is preferred, and experience with self-insured medical underwriting is required.
Required Qualifications

- Background in consulting, plan sponsors or vendor organizations
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong Microsoft Office PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
