Job Summary
Benefits, Retirement and Wellness Specialist responsible for designing and administering U.S. benefits and retirement programs (401(k)), coordinating wellness initiatives across the United States and Canada, and supporting program development and improvements. Provides expert judgment and recommendations to the Director, Total Rewards; acts as a point of contact with external vendors to ensure service delivery; analyzes and validates data, prepares reports, and collaborates with Canadian Total Rewards to adapt wellness initiatives. Requires strong U.S. benefits/retirement (401(k)) experience, wellness program design knowledge, advanced analytical and project-management skills, and effective multi-site stakeholder collaboration. Hybrid role based at Haltom, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in U.S. benefits, retirement (401(k))
- Good understanding of wellness program design and implementation
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving capabilities and project management skills
- Ability to develop structured and well-supported recommendations
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a multi-site environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across locations
- High level of discretion and professionalism
