Job Summary
Payroll and benefits administration with HR reporting, audits, and workforce analytics. Responsible for processing bi-weekly multi-state payroll, benefits enrollment and administration, generating HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce reports, and supporting system integrations, process improvements, and organizational growth initiatives. Collaborates with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, data integrity, and scalable HR operations. Emphasis on data-driven decision-making, confidential handling of information, and remote-work readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR reporting, HR operations, or related experience
- Experience in processing multi-state payroll is preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret workforce and payroll data
- Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and reporting systems preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll systems
- Experience supporting audits, compliance reporting, and workforce analytics
- Familiarity with productivity reporting platforms such as ActivTrak is preferred
- Experience working within a remote or multi-state workforce environment
- Exposure to HR integrations, organizational growth initiatives, or merger and acquisition activities preferred
