Job Summary
Become a subject matter expert on payroll taxes; analyze data using Excel or other software to ensure accuracy and verify tax details; work within payroll software to upload documents and input data; occasionally work directly with clients to help them understand tax obligations and payroll processes. Requires at least 1 year of administrative or analytical experience in finance/banking, plus at least 1 year of Excel experience; demonstrated ability to interact with clients to gather requirements, troubleshoot and provide solutions; and a detail-oriented, resourceful, self-driven approach. This is a direct/permanent, full-time role based in Richmond, VA (Glen Allen) with excellent benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of administrative or analytical experience in finance, banking or related field
- At least 1 year of experience with Excel or other data related tools
- Expertise in interacting with clients to gather requirements, troubleshoot and provide solutions
- Naturally detail-oriented, resourceful and self driven
