Benefits Operations Specialist - APAC

Benefits Operations Specialist role focusing on managing Employee Benefits within a global, remote-capable EOR Operations team in APAC. Responsibilities include benefits enrolment and unenrollment, invoicing/billing, data-related tasks, maintaining benefits program documentation, defining/executing SOPs, and providing analytical, administrative, and technical support across the Benefits function. The role requires strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tool environment, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors; fluency in English is expected, with remote work and async collaboration being part of Remote’s culture. Location specified as APAC (Remote-Malaysia) with a fully-remote work arrangement in the region. Salary range: $35,250—$89,250 USD per year for full-time position.
