Job Summary
Senior Benefits Operations Administrator responsible for ensuring the Benefits Platform is operational across areas such as Form Automation, Quoting Tool, EDI, Carrier APIs, COBRA, and FlexBen. Own daily tasks, work autonomously to meet KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate across internal teams (product, engineering, customer care, partner enablement, product marketing, sales) and conduct analysis and active reporting to continually improve the Benefits Product and Processes. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail; familiar with US health insurance concepts; comfortable working in an in-office, structured environment.
