Benefits & Materials Analyst

Conduct vendor analysis, identification, and selection for Medicare Advantage plan services, including RFP development and coordination. Participate in annual Medicare bidding teams to ensure accurate submissions before CMS deadlines and manage Plan Benefit Package data entry and uploads. Customize model member materials, Annual Notices of Changes, and Evidences of Coverage to reflect submitted plan designs, coordinating mid-year amendments and ensuring timely CMS distribution. Populate income subsidy rider spreadsheets for premium and copay calculations, proof member benefit guides, drug formularies, and provider directories, and facilitate employee training on upcoming benefit changes. Coordinate new vendor implementations and perform ongoing monitoring and auditing to ensure contractual compliance. Submit service area expansion applications and Medicaid agency agreements to CMS as applicable. Requires a bachelor's degree or two years of benefit design experience; ability to work overtime during peak times.
