Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the administration of payroll and employee benefits across multiple Companies, serving as backup to Payroll Manager during absences, and assisting with Workers’ Compensation claims administration and compliance. Manages day-to-day benefits administration (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, leave administration, and other fringe benefits), ensures ACA compliance and 1095-C reporting, maintains relationships with benefit providers, supports open enrollment, generates utilization and cost reports, and supports process improvements. Also supports payroll processing, audits, and tax compliance, and coordinates WC claims, return-to-work processes, and safety/risk management initiatives. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in benefits/payroll/HR administration in multi-state/multi-company environments; Paylocity experience preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits, payroll, HR administration, or a related field
  • Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration in a multi-state and/or multi-company environment
  • Prior experience with Paylocity preferred
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes, employee benefits administration, Workers’ Compensation, and US labor laws
