Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee the administration of health & welfare, leave/FMLA, and retirement programs in a remote setting. The role involves partnering with HR and third-party administrators, supervising a Benefits Coordinator, and ensuring compliance and excellent employee support. Candidates must have significant experience and a relevant educational background.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of Benefits Management experience
- Strong knowledge of health & welfare and 401(k) programs
- Must be U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Must be located in EST or CST time zones with strong, stable job history
Desired Qualifications
- HR/Benefits certification
- Experience with Workday Absence and/or Benefitsolver
