Job Summary
Lead benefits policies and programs for the EMEA region, develop and implement training materials to drive engagement, document and maintain benefit policies, own internal and external audits for compliance, drive cost efficiency and process improvements, manage global wellbeing initiatives, oversee benefits processing and payroll inputs, analyze benefits data for leadership, and partner with senior leadership to set a Benefits vision aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 4 years of benefits experience
- Attention to detail, process orientated and customer service oriented
- High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills)
- Experience in Vendor management, negotiations and project management
- Comfortable with cost analysis and working with large data sets
