Job Summary
Benefits Manager or Director responsible for overseeing employee benefits programs, ensuring ACA compliance, vendor management, and data-driven analysis to guide benefits strategy. Leads benefits staff, communicates benefits policies to employees, analyzes benefit options, and stays current with federal/state/local regulations. Requires experience in a retail environment, proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, and strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in a retail environment with a large employer
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
