Job Summary
Benefits Manager to oversee employee benefits programs, ensure ACA/regulatory compliance, manage vendor relationships, communicate benefits policies to employees, analyze needs to inform program decisions, lead and mentor benefits staff, and provide data-driven insights and reporting to influence management. Responsibilities include benefits plan management, ACA compliance with ADP, vendor negotiations, employee communications, benefits analysis, market research, and team leadership as part of the HR function.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in a retail environment with a large employer
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
