Job Summary
Benefits Manager responsible for the strategic administration and day-to-day management of the organization’s comprehensive benefits and leave programs (health, welfare, retirement, wellness). Oversees enrollments, eligibility, payroll deductions, and vendor partnerships; leads annual open enrollment, employee education, and process improvements to enhance the employee experience. Ensures compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA and related regulations; conducts audits and data validation; coordinates with brokers, carriers, payroll, finance, and HR leadership on plan administration and enhancements; manages leave programs (FMLA, ADA, state leaves, parental leave, disability, etc.) and 401(k) retirement plan administration; supports Form 5500 preparation and nondiscrimination testing. Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple programs and relationships.
