Job Summary
Benefits Program Manager responsible for design, governance, and execution of the company’s global benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs; partnership with HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness, regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA), and alignment with business strategy; oversight of vendor management, HRIS integrations (Workday/ADP), regulatory filings and audits, and employee engagement through targeted communications and data-informed initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years of experience managing benefits programs from end to end across a variety of jurisdictions
- Experience with benefits platforms and HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or similar systems
- Experience developing programs focused on benefits compliance and regulatory requirements
- Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Experience supporting audits, filings, and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors
