Job Summary
Oversee administration of employee benefits programs (health, dental, life, vision, disability, retirement plans incl. 403(b)), PTO/leave management, and benefits communications; serve as HR payroll liaison with Finance Payroll; ensure compliance with ACA/ERISA/COBRA/HIPAA/FMLA; manage benefits open enrollment, vendor relations, and data reporting in UKG/HRIS; maintain confidential records and support HR operations and employee engagement; requires Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years benefits administration experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 5-7 years progressive benefits administration and HR experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; HRIS experience; familiarity with UKG or similar time/attendance systems
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
