Job Summary
Benefits & Leave Administrator overseeing employee benefits enrollment, life events, and compliance. Responsible for guiding employees through medical/dental/vision, retirement, and wellness programs; coordinating annual open enrollment; partnering with vendors; managing leave programs including FMLA, disability, parental, military leave, and ADA accommodations; supporting compensation changes and salary benchmarking; maintaining HRIS/benefits records; generating reports to aid decision-making; and ensuring regulatory compliance with FMLA, ADA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA. The role emphasizes clear explanations of complex regulations, strong organization, and careful handling of confidential information. Hybrid work arrangement in Twinsburg, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of benefits and leave administration experience
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, and ERISA
- Experience with HRIS systems, ideally Dayforce and Workday, along with reporting tools
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
