Job Summary
Benefits Lead responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a range of employee benefits programs including health, wellness, and 401(k). Oversees day-to-day benefit administration, collaborates with vendors and HR to ensure seamless delivery, and leads a team of professionals to provide accurate benefits services. Builds clear benefits communications, conducts audits to optimize value, stays current with benefit trends, and manages projects to rollout initiatives. Focus areas include plan provisions, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination with system providers, brokers, and vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in a benefits role
- 1+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong business judgment in assessing requirements and performance
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret and communicate data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience leading or managing a benefits team
- Bachelor's degree preferred
