Job Summary
Benefits Lead Analyst responsibilities include driving administration and improvement of U.S. and global benefits programs, serving as a lead for complex escalations, collaborating with HR, Legal, and vendors, optimizing plan performance with vendors, supporting annual open enrollment, ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., SPDs, 5500), and providing data analysis to inform decision-making. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong vendor coordination, and delivering high-touch support across benefits operations, including leave of absence and disability processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration with deep knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, HIPAA)
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and resolving complex benefits issues
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging messaging
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
