Job Summary

Highly organized Benefits & HR Coordinator responsible for front-line HR administrative support for the Americas. Handles data entry in HRIS (SuccessFactors), supports benefits enrollment and deductions, coordinates new hire onboarding and offboarding with HRBP, responds to employee inquiries, and assists with HR reporting, audits, and process improvements. Supports payroll liaison activities, ensures accurate time tracking and payroll data, maintains documentation, and participates in ad hoc HR projects to optimize processes. Strong emphasis on confidentiality, accuracy, and customer-focused employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with SuccessFactors HRIS
  • Strong professional oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong organizational, process-driven approach
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processes
  • Familiarity with HR reporting and data management
  • Capability to coordinate benefits administration and leave of absence processes
