Job Summary
Seeking a Benefits Expert at Rockwell Automation to manage benefits programs in the EMEA region with strong HR experience and a Bachelor's Degree, focusing on strategic development and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of demonstrated benefits and retirement plan management experience in a multinational/global organisation
- at least 3 years of HR experience in the UK
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent experience
- Experience managing and protecting confidential data
- Prior experience managing outsourced vendors
- Negotiation experience, building positive relations with works councils and unions
- Involvement with mergers/acquisitions/divestitures due diligence and integration
- Experience with project management, SharePoint, Teams
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of EMEA benefit plan laws and regulations
- Fluent in statistics and market trends
- Expertise in developing successful relationships with internal/external partners
- High-level Excel skills
