Job Summary
Manage day-to-day benefit program support across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, handling enrollment, life events, status changes, invoices, and compliance documentation. Coordinate recognition and wellness campaigns, including planning, logistics, vendor management, and participant tracking. Create communications, marketing materials, and educational resources to reinforce the Total Rewards philosophy and culture of wellbeing. Process benefit invoices, medical orders, and regulatory notices while monitoring vendor files for errors and resolving routine issues. Assist with annual open enrollment activities, system testing, and post-enrollment follow-up. Review administration trends to recommend process improvements and escalate non-routine issues to senior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office – Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power point
- Attention to detail, process execution and follow-through with excellent organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to fulfill all job duties in a collaborative virtual environment
- Strong customer service and responsiveness
Desired Qualifications
- 2-3 years in benefits, leave of absence, retirement, or general human resources experience
- Campaign management and program communication experience
- Workday or other HCM experience
